Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Bulls N Bears trading education platform ("Platform") operated by Universe Freedom, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools, and services made available at bullsnbears-trading.netlify.app and any associated subdomains or URLs operated by Universe Freedom, LLC (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.
These Terms create a legally binding contract between you and Universe Freedom, LLC. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
The Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Access to certain features of the Platform requires registration. To register, you must provide a valid email address and create a Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
Your account is secured by a combination of your registered email address and a PIN that you select. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and for all activities that occur under your account credentials. Your PIN should be:
You agree to notify us immediately at admin@universefreedom.us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may be held liable for losses incurred by the Company or other users due to your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.
Each registered account is for a single individual. You may not share your account, sell, transfer, or sublicense access to your account to any third party. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that it reasonably believes are being shared or used in violation of these Terms.
Because user data is stored locally in your browser's local storage (see Section 11), we cannot recover your account data, trading journal entries, progress records, or any other information if you lose access to your device, clear your browser storage, or forget your PIN. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you wish to preserve.
Bulls N Bears is exclusively a trading education and financial literacy platform. The Platform provides the following features and tools (collectively, the "Services"):
A structured, self-paced educational curriculum consisting of 17 progressive levels covering trading concepts, technical analysis, market structure, and trading psychology. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to trade any specific instrument.
A dashboard displaying live and delayed market data sourced from third-party providers, including Financial Modeling Prep ("FMP API") and Finnhub ("Finnhub API"). Market data is provided for educational observation and general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any data displayed.
A market scanning tool that aggregates and filters publicly available market data based on user-defined educational criteria. Scanner results are educational tools designed to illustrate concepts, not to generate trade recommendations.
A personal recordkeeping tool that allows users to log and review simulated or live trade activity for self-reflective and educational purposes. All Trading Journal data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not transmit, store, access, or retain any Trading Journal data on our servers.
A curated resource library featuring educational content and trading strategies associated with prominent trading educators and coaches ("Featured Educators"). Inclusion of a Featured Educator's name, strategy, or method is for educational commentary and illustration purposes only. Featured Educators have not necessarily reviewed, approved, or endorsed their inclusion on the Platform, and their mention does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or professional relationship with the Company.
A curated collection of references to books and publications related to trading and finance. References are provided for educational guidance; the Company does not sell or distribute any copyrighted works directly.
A peer-to-peer discussion forum where registered users may engage in educational conversation about trading concepts, market observations, and the Platform's curriculum. Community Chat is subject to the User Conduct and Prohibited Activities provisions set forth in Sections 6 and 7.
Educational Purpose Only: All features of this Platform—including market data displays, scanner outputs, and educational content—are provided for learning and informational purposes exclusively. None of the Services provided by Universe Freedom, LLC constitute brokerage services, financial advice, investment advisory services, or securities recommendations of any kind.
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF THESE TERMS.
Universe Freedom, LLC is not a registered broker-dealer and is not a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC"). The Platform does not execute securities transactions, hold customer funds or securities, or perform any function of a registered broker-dealer. Your funds and securities are not protected by SIPC coverage in connection with your use of this Platform.
Universe Freedom, LLC is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any applicable state securities laws. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a personalized recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, futures contract, or other financial instrument. Users should not construe any content on the Platform as personalized financial or investment advice.
Universe Freedom, LLC is not a bank, credit union, savings institution, or other depository institution. It is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") or the National Credit Union Administration ("NCUA"). No funds deposited or transacted in connection with this Platform are covered by FDIC or NCUA deposit insurance.
Universe Freedom, LLC is not registered as a Commodity Trading Adviser ("CTA"), Commodity Pool Operator ("CPO"), or Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM") with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") or any National Futures Association ("NFA") member organization.
All content, tools, charts, data, strategies, analyses, educational materials, mentor discussions, and community posts made available through the Platform are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Such content:

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights, and does not constitute prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content and third-party content), features, design, user interface, branding, software, code, architecture, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Universe Freedom, LLC and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Bulls N Bears name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, slogans, and trade dress are trademarks and service marks of Universe Freedom, LLC. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include:
The Platform may reference, describe, or discuss trading strategies, methodologies, concepts, and approaches associated with Featured Educators and third-party trading educators. All intellectual property rights in such strategies, methodologies, and content—including any trademarks, trade names, or proprietary methods—remain the sole property of the respective educators or rights holders. The Company's discussion or description of such strategies is for educational commentary only and does not constitute a claim of ownership, an endorsement, or any assignment of rights.
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at admin@universefreedom.us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
Market data and financial information displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party data providers including Financial Modeling Prep (FMP API) and Finnhub API. Such data remains the property of the respective data providers and is subject to their respective terms of service and licensing agreements. You may not redistribute, resell, or use Platform market data for any commercial purpose.
You retain ownership of all original content that you create and post to the Platform, including Community Chat messages and other communications ("User Content"). By posting User Content on or through the Platform, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that your User Content:
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that the Company, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. Removal of content does not constitute a waiver of any claim the Company may have against the user for violating these Terms.
The Company does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. User Content does not reflect the views of the Company. You acknowledge that any reliance on User Content from other users is at your sole risk.
If you provide the Company with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

The Company does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data provided by these third-party APIs. Data displayed on the Platform may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete. You should not rely on any market data displayed on the Platform to make actual trading or investment decisions.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Universe Freedom, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these third-party providers or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.
References to trading educators, authors, coaches, or public figures on the Platform are for educational commentary and informational purposes only. Such references do not imply any endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship from those individuals. The Company is not responsible for any statements, advice, or content produced independently by any Featured Educator or third party.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at universefreedom.us, describes how we collect, use, and handle your information. By using the Platform, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
A core design principle of the Platform is user data privacy through local storage. Specifically:

Important: Because your Trading Journal and related data are stored only on your device in browser local storage, clearing your browser cache, switching browsers, using a different device, or uninstalling the browser will result in permanent loss of that data. We cannot recover locally stored data. You are solely responsible for backing up any locally stored content you wish to preserve.
We may collect and process your email address and other basic account information necessary to provide the Services, including authentication (email + PIN). This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Community Chat messages and other communications transmitted through the Platform's interactive features may be processed and stored by the Company's systems for the purposes of delivering the Service, content moderation, and safety. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information in Community Chat.
The Platform may use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of such technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or through the Platform.
Trading and investing in securities, commodities, futures, options, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks:
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding the financial results, trading performance, or economic outcomes that you may achieve as a result of using the Platform or following any educational content, strategy, or approach discussed therein.
Any testimonials or references to positive trading outcomes that may appear on the Platform are not representative of typical results and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universe Freedom, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in any jurisdiction where an outright exclusion of liability is not enforceable, the Company's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action and whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, shall not exceed the greater of:
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this Section 15 are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and the Company. The Company would not have been able to provide the Platform or these Services without such limitations.
Specifically and without limitation, the Company shall not be liable for any trading losses, investment losses, or any other financial losses incurred by you in connection with actual or simulated trading activity, whether or not influenced by any content, tool, data, or educational material accessed through the Platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you, in which case liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Universe Freedom, LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
The Company reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such claim without the Company's prior written consent. The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to contact the Company at admin@universefreedom.us with a written description of your dispute ("Notice of Dispute"), and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This step is a prerequisite to arbitration.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court (as provided in Section 17.4), and except as otherwise provided in these Terms, you and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") Consumer Arbitration Rules, as amended, which are available at www.adr.org.
The seat and place of arbitration shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States of America, unless the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules require otherwise with respect to consumer access. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video conference, or written submissions at the mutual agreement of the parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, provided the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction and remains in that court.
Arbitration fees shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If you are a consumer initiating arbitration, your filing fee shall be limited to the amount specified in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Company shall bear all other AAA administrative fees and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds that your claim was brought in bad faith or for purposes of harassment.
You have the right to opt out of this binding arbitration provision. To opt out, you must send written notice of your decision to opt out to admin@universefreedom.us with the subject line "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" within thirty (30) days of the date you first agree to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name and the email address associated with your Platform account. If you opt out, neither you nor the Company will be bound by the arbitration provision; all other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. If you do not opt out within the 30-day period, you will be deemed to have waived your right to opt out.
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, that specific portion shall be severed and the remaining parts of this Section 17 shall continue in full force and effect.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or rules.
For any claims or disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 17, or if Section 17 is found to be unenforceable, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@universefreedom.us. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including any indemnification obligations.
The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account or access to the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide you with notice of material changes at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect by one or more of the following methods:
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
For non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information), we may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in any particular jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by the Company on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Universe Freedom, LLC with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition. The Company's failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may not be modified, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing or usage of trade between the parties. Any headings in these Terms are for reference only and shall not limit the scope or applicability of any provision.
